Fitness regimens can sometimes be overwhelming, and hard to get yourself motivated at first. The goal here is to try and change that mindset while adding a great atmosphere and pushing yourself. The first step is the hardest, but always worth it.
Currently having group classes on Sunday mornings, and doing individual sessions on other days.
Workout for 1/22/2022
Warm up starts at 8:45am, workout begins at 9:00am.
-10 Hand Release Push-Ups
-200 Meter Run
-20 Air Squats
1 Minute rest between rounds
**After last round is complete do 150 Jump Ropes and 10 Double Under Jump Ropes.**
