Fitness regimens can sometimes be overwhelming, and hard to get yourself motivated at first. The goal here is to try and change that mindset while adding a great atmosphere and pushing yourself. The first step is the hardest, but always worth it.
Currently having group classes on Sunday mornings, and doing individual sessions on other days.
The next group workout will be on Saturday 6/03/23 at 9:00am, all skill levels are welcome. Let us know how we can help you reach your goals and if you want to join us by using the contact section. Individual training sessions are available as well, just let us know what you're looking for. Also check out our race section for upcoming events where we use part of the proceeds to give back to a good cause!
